“Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, but the toilet paper felt like RV toilet paper and the coffee was horrible; for such a beautiful built place it needs to remember the other half of the equation. Style and comfort.”

“TV didn't work in the room, kept shutting down / turning off. Notified front desk after 1st night, said it was fixed. Didn't get back till late the 2nd night so didn't use. 3rd night, still was shutting down. Someone came up to look at it ... kept shutting down for them, like they didn't believe me. They suggested I move rooms ...it was almost 10pm by this time ... no I'm not packing up to move at 10pm since I'm checking out the next day.
