“Das Zimmer war sauber & geräumig. Das Personal freundlich & kompetent im Hotel.Das Zimmer hätte ein paar Extras vertragen, Zahnputzbecher usw. Haben Abends im Hotelrestaurant gegessen ohne Halbpension. Das würden wir persönlich nicht empfehlen, es zog, der Service war ausbaufähig & das Essen durchwachsen. Einiges sehr gut, anderes leider nicht.”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. "Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."
