“Denise is lovely and helped us with rm 15. The price is over rated and not within walking distance to Oberon shops. The bed was sloped down against the wall and there was no heater or heating in the room as the temp dropped to 7 degrees. Very tiny room...parking ok. Should be 60 AUD a night as a two star ”

“Parking for overnight guests should have priority over drinkers and family dinners . Especially weekends . Second ...under the wall table had coffee stains splattered on the wall and the ice was nearly falling out of the freezer . Staff were ok....some unfriendly and unhelpful. One lady there delivered chips and coffee to our room 8. Thankyou very much. The price for the room was more than what it should be . ”

“The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.”

“the room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. we liked having the little kitchenette and it was suitably set up for simple meal preparation. the location is out of town, so we found it peaceful, and it was handy to Mount Panorama which my husband liked. it is a large, somewhat rambling facility with some communal areas like lounges and kitchenettes, that might appeal if conditions meant you need to stay indoors. “Had no breakfast,room was very small and noisy from doors slamming and road noise.picture of room made it look larger than it was in real life.cheap and cheerful is what id call it. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. ”

“Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel.”

“Parking was good and food at the Bistro was nice too. Hotel is old and rooms inside are adequate but run down and a bit noisy (if you get noisy neighbors). You get what you pay for.”

“The room was very nicely appointed, clean and fresh like new. The chevk in process was easy and the staff friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it was lovely. Plenty of spare towels, too, which is always a plus. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, both via texts and in person. NB: Parking was quite tight.Also, the electric blanket is broken in the middle room. ”

“We loved the pool. But unfortunately our cabin was very very basic. The tv was stuck on channel ten and reception couldn’t provide batteries so we could change channel. The bunk bed was in the toilet corridor. Not a great bed. Overall not the worst, just shabby and felt like it wasn’t quite worth $179 a night. ”

“Relied on public transport. Walkable from railway station. Close to fast food. Mcdonalds. Hungry jack. Red rooster. Kfc. Clean room.”

“Rooms and location was perfect for venturing to the Glow Worm Tunnels and Zig Zag Railways. As it was Easter the restaurant was closed so cannot comment on that. ”
