“First time staying there the resort was excellent sometimes Myrtle Beach the rooms aren’t so great. My room was great. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. I’ll definitely be going back.”

“When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. ”

“as we walked into the room we noticed there was dry paint everywhere. The floor needed to be swept and had dry paint and cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom was nice and kept clean and lots of supplies. The remote to the tv seemed to barely work. ”

“You need to press a button from inside small lobby area to get outside by the pool entrance; buttons on both sides were broken, hanging off with exposed wiring. Elevators were very slow and outdated, leaving guests with significant wait times. We stayed in room 906, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean-but kitchen and main living area was HORRIBLE.
