Charming 3-bedroom home located in the heart of Kitchener, perfect for families or small groups.

Close to vibrant Belmont Village, Victoria Park, and just minutes away from the Kitchener Market. Explore local attractions, enjoy nearby events, and experience the culture and charm of the Waterloo region.

Please note that there are other tenants residing in the basement of the house, but you will not be sharing any spaces with them. Your area has a separate entrance for your exclusive use.

This spacious home features 3 bedrooms with king and queen sized beds, and one bathroom.
Ideal for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The living room offers a welcoming space to relax with a large sofa and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze, and the bathroom is clean and includes a shower and tub.

The home also features a cozy backyard, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

You will also have access to a washer and dryer located in the home, which makes it easy to keep your clothes fresh during longer stays.

Please note that there is no garage access, and guests are not permitted to pick up any packages delivered to the mailbox. Parking is available for two cars.

- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
