  • Welcome to your home away from home in Kitchener's desirable Doon area. This spacious 2,000 sq ft private main-level suite is designed for families, groups, business travelers, and extended stays seeking comfort, convenience, and plenty of room to relax.

    The suite comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features two large bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two queen-size beds, making it ideal for families and groups. An additional sofa bed located in the dining area provides sleeping space for two more guests.

    Enjoy bright and inviting living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or game nights. High-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful amenities ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    The property includes 1.5 bathrooms. The spacious full bathroom features a double-sink vanity and a separate enclosed tub/shower and toilet area, allowing multiple guests to get ready comfortably at the same time. An additional half-bath provides extra convenience for larger groups.

Dorota and Monika are exceptional hosts. Communication was outstanding from beginning to end. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly with helpful and informative answers.The house was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep.During our stay, my 2-year-old accidentally broke one of the glass lamps. I reached out to let them know what had happened, and they responded with incredible kindness and understanding. One part of their message that really stood out to me was, *"I hope your little one is okay."* That response immediately put me at ease and showed that they genuinely understood that accidents can happen, especially with young children.They also worked with me to resolve the cost of replacing the lamp fairly. They were honest, reasonable, and never tried to overcharge me or take advantage of the situation, which I truly appreciated.Overall, Dorota and Monika were thoughtful, responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. Their kindness, fairness, and professionalism made a lasting impression, and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at their property.

Dorota & Monika are the best hosts I've engaged with on Vrbo. I was planning my friend's bachelorette and wanted to host it in a backyard setting, and after a lot of searching, I found the perfect place, and even better hosts. They were so easy to talk to from the very first message, quick to respond, and genuinely enthusiastic about my plans. They gave me complete freedom to decorate the backyard however I wanted, which is rare and so appreciated when you're planning something special. Every conversation we had felt warm, accommodating, and thoughtful. it really set the tone for the whole weekend before we even arrived.The unit itself was breathtaking. It's a spacious, beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom house with high ceilings and a kitchen that had everything we could possibly need: cutlery, coffee, tea, biscuits, foil, cling wrap, bowls, milk, you name it. Nothing was left to chance. The bathroom felt like a hotel suite, and the whole space was spotless and clearly cared for. The backyard was the perfect canvas for our celebration, and having hosts who trusted us to make it our own made all the difference.This was hands-down the best Vrbo stay I've had. Dorota and Monika's hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests shine through in every part of the experience. If you're looking for a place that feels like home and hosts who go above and beyond, this is it. We can't wait to come back.
