“The evening hostess was very rude when I checked in. The morning associate was friendly and fun. The room was clean but the property was a wreck. Burned out bulbs in the room, towel rack fell off the wall, fridge was gross and warm. No towels in my room so I had to go all the way back to the front desk to ask and they didn't even have enough. I had to wait several hours for the rest, and they weren't delivered to my room as promised. When they never showed up, I had to go back to the front desk...

“The information given by the phone was not accurate to the hotel, I asked what time the pool closed on the phone they gave me a time and when I get there the pool was closed . The only reason I chose this hotel was because it had a pool .”

“We loved our room which was very comfortable, charming and had various amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime. Parking was easy and very safe. Lighting on the property was very good. Sabrina, who lives on site, showed us to our room and gave us a brief tour of the grounds. “My family and I stayed for the weekend and as soon as we checked in, the front desk staff was very hospitable and courteous. The breakfast was great and the dining area was clean. Our room was a great size and comfortable.”

“The room smelled so bad that I had to keep the door open until I could no longer stay awake and finally fell asleep. I was terrified throughout the night after noticing at least 20 different types of insects crawling on the curtains, bathroom walls, and floor. It was an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.”

“The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.”
