Hotel a Knickerbocker

“Breakfast ended at 9 but staff was removing everything 10 minutes before 9. Rooms are dated but overall clean. It was quiet.”

“Room was decent for price however carpet had stains towels had a yellow tint to them as they needed to be replaced. Staff began walking the property at 845 as we walked out he asked if we were checking out already mind you check out isn’t until 11. As we left for a second time he came around again he was going room to room with master key checking if others had already left the property very unprofessional. Front desk staff at check in night before was very nice and welcoming ”

“Breakfast was bad, they just had waffles a few oranges and gallon of milk. Staff was bad in the am, at 7am they started knocking on my door every hour till check out and I went to let them know I’m checking out at 11 but still kept knocking.”

“Pool was damaged and empty, ice machine broken, laundry machines broken, breakfast was at an associated private restaurant that was fresh and good but tiny”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“This property is a perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. Very unassuming from the outside but once you enter the lobby everything changes. Beautiful little lobby, bar and pool/hot-tub area. Rooms are amazing with a European flair. Beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in an hotel. Staff is amazing. Family owned and operated. Absolute West Texas jewel! ”

“Front desk person on check-in good and took good care of us. Snacks were a nice touch. Coffee was probably worst. Very weak.”
