“I asked for help in getting my rewards number I was told they can’t look them up. I asked if I could get a little milk for my morning coffee and was told they can’t open the milk??? I would not stay here in the future”

“Very good hotel. We've been there for a stop-over: it's a convenient location close to the highway (and nice shopping malls too); the staff has been very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very much appreciated also the availability 24/7 of hot coffee and tea. The indoor pool with Jacuzzi, everything accessible, has also been very much appreciated. “This hotel has great staff! We were in town for my daughter's graduation from RPI and the hotel decorates their lobby for their graduation. Staff members like Hunter and the wonderful female bartender (who suggested the honey hot wings with green goddess sauce) went above and beyond during our stay.
