“The staff and the amenities were great; however, my partner encountered a dead, large roach in the hallway upon arrival. My partner has personal experience/childhood trauma related to roaches and was freaking out, understandably so. The GM at the Hilton emailed me and sincerely apologized, but did not offer any reparations, and neither did Expedia (booked package); each holding the other accountable.
