“This is a great place to stay in Waterloo if you are in town for business. I had everything I needed, service was friendly (virtual communication) and the whole experience was seamless. Good location as well. I will be back!”

“Well appointed rooms, lousy sport team guests. Hot tub was good, would be nice if there was a sign to indicate the frequency that it turns on. The lousy guests were in the hallways in the wee hours drinking and being loud. ”

“Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. ”

“The hotel is new and very clean. The double studio room was very spacious for a family. They serve a hot breakfast which was very good. The pool and gym area are new and very clean. A quick walk to St. Jacobs market. ”

“Overall, my experience was decent. Even so, the cleaning is inconsistent, in addition to the fact that the shampoo wasn’t refilled even though its bottle was empty. As such, I’d say that even though my experience wasn’t the worst, it isn’t worth the price I’d paid for the room, nor does it live up to the service expected from a Hilton”

“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”
