“We stayed during 4th of July weekend we rented 2 rooms one of which the room was leaking from the ceiling the staffs response was this was a frequent occurrence and just gave us rags to clean up the mess. We then were headed to the pool it was about 10:30 at the indoor pool the front desk person came in and said that the indoor pools from 10-12 was for adults only mind you there was no signs of this was simply told it was management we were told that we could use the indoor water park or outdoor...

“This is a terrible property. My family and I had the worst experience. Bed bugs, no hot water, toilet clogged when we first got into the room. Toilet was very dirty. Ans the staff if very dismissive about complaints!!! We will never stay here again!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
