“The hotel was not prepared for the number of people checking in and the wait was 20 people deep.”

“I will never go back. Toilet was broken I had to fix it it kept running. Wall paper was loose in bathrooms. Very disappointing for Bally’s”

“Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”.”

“The hotel itself was fine. The elevator was broke and the only available rooms, we were told, was on the 3rd floor. It was a long haul up the stairs since I was alone. The breakfast was nothing warm. It was just a variety of cereal options and some bagels/bread for toast. I would probably stay again if I had to, but wish I would have known ahead of time on the breakfast/elevator!”

“Looks very pretty. However handicap baths they are not. I am sure they dont meet ADA standards. You have a high tub to climb over to take a shower and no vertical hand rail to hold. A plastic chair in bathroom was so wide would not fit in tub.”

“We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4...

“I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school.”

“Hotel was just ok, but would not choose this hotel again. It is in a good location.”

“Pro: One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. Con: Furniture had extremely heavy dust all over.”

“The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”
