Hotel vicino a Reitz Home Museum - Evansville

“Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!”

“The room had left over coke bottles from the previous guest. The bed was made and the bathroom had fresh towels and that was it. I have been staying at this facility for the last 4yrs and last year was bad, but this year was the worst. I will not be staying there anymore.”

“Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”.”

“This is a beautiful property!!! The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nice and comfortable. Excellent front desk, breakfast & housekeeping staff. Rooms are so clean, beds are comfy! Starbucks right across the street. Near a beautiful walking trail for exercise after dinner.”

“elevator was not working, I felt really bad for the elderly and people that really need the elevator, we were on the third floor. besides that everything was great, location is wonderful, in the middle of everything.”

“The hotel was quiet and clean. I received excellent service at check-in and was given a room wth a nice lake view. I was looking for a pet free hotel, which is becoming more difficult to find these days, so I was able to avoid some of the issues that pets sometimes cause.”

“Booked a king suite with a pull out bed. Went to pull off the cushions for the pull out bed and got a whiff of pee smell. Flipped over the cushion and it had a big wet pee spot like someone had an accident and tried to hide it. Told the older woman at the front desk and she did what she could but she was all alone running that place. Ended up having to buy a blow up mattress for my daughter to sleep on. The hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Maintenance guy walks around without a shirt on...

“The location was great. Well lit parking lot. Loved the room darkening shade. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Enjoyed a warm breakfast. Definitely would recommend.”
