“This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”

“My stay at Hilton was great; especially it was during a family emergency. I was traveling with my elderly Dad and needed a handicap bathroom. The accommodations were perfect; lots of space. Also had to work remotely and the wi-fi was convenient. My only suggestion is to have instructions on a card on how to use the remote blinds. The staff is pleasant and kitchen breakfast crew is wonderful. Thank you!”

“I arrived just after midnight to be told that there were no rooms available, after I had booked and paid for it on Expedia. I was also told I was the 3rd or 4th person this had happened to that day from Expedia overbooking the hotel. I then had to find somewhere else to stay.”

“Got to the property to check in at 12:15AM after a concert in Hershey that evening. Was confirmed by the hotel when we booked FEBRUARY 9th that a late check in was fine. Told at check in that they had to cancel our reservation due to "unforeseen circumstances". The front desk person told me they had "attempted" to get in contact with me to tell me. “Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“Hair inside the bath tub. Blood stains on bedding. Tried to check out early but was given a hard time because we used a third party app to book our stay. Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“The hotel is great for kids with the indoor/outdoor pool and game room but for the price you pay for it the actual room could be a little bit nicer. We weren’t in the room much so we didn’t mind but the bathroom was pretty dingy and the beds aren’t very comfortable at all. Reason we stayed was because it was close to where we were visiting and it was the only place available as we booked super last minute. But for the price you pay you are getting anything special that another hotel cant. offer....
