“My family and I had a nice stay at this Hampton Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The property and rooms are very clean. The breakfast offerings were great- I really appreciated the healthy options of chobani yogurt, apples, bananas and oranges. The employees were all very professional, kind and helpful. “Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access.”

“This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”

Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“Hair inside the bath tub. Blood stains on bedding. Tried to check out early but was given a hard time because we used a third party app to book our stay. Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“My stay at Hilton was great; especially it was during a family emergency. I was traveling with my elderly Dad and needed a handicap bathroom. The accommodations were perfect; lots of space. Also had to work remotely and the wi-fi was convenient. My only suggestion is to have instructions on a card on how to use the remote blinds. The staff is pleasant and kitchen breakfast crew is wonderful. Thank you!”
