“Amazing stay at a beautiful property. Loved the ocean views from the unit. The pool area was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the evening sunsets. On-site restaurant with live music was great too! Ed and Mary were the bests hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We will definitely be back! ”

“This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.”

“This condo was nicely appointed, and included CD mix’s that you could play on the stereo! The location was great, and you could walk to restaurants. We loved having the kitchen, and was able to cook multiple dinners, with the well supplied kitchen. The view was beautiful, with the sound of soothing ocean while we sat in the living room, or outside on the porch. The host Kenneth, was super responsive to any questions we had. My husband and I highly recommend this rental, and will be back...

“An older building that has been well maintained. It would have been helpful if the buildings had been labeled "A, B, C, etc. as it was a little difficult to find the right building. ”

“Everything was pretty good. The only issue that I had was that the place smelled like old cigarettes or cigars musty smell.”

The location of Kona Reef is also great and we loved our morning walks to Kailua pier. Centrally located near great snorkeling, shopping and fining - what’s not to love! We’ll be back!!”
