“Ottimo hotel comodo alla Zona centrale”

“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”

“I do not typically write reviews but this property warranted it and not in a good way. The property is massive. It’s literally a hike to and from the rooms to the lobby depending on the “tower” they put you in. The good news is there was a tram. The bad news is that it was rarely operational during our stay. When it was working, the air temperature in the cars was sub arctic. So cold we opted to walk despite the distances. Hence my marks for how well the property was maintained. Something that...

“La mia stanza (spettacolare vista sull'oceano, molto pulita) distava ben 900 metri dall'uscita dell'hotel. La navetta non era quasi mai disponibile,spesso ferma per manutenzione. Avevamo preso camera con colazione, ma sconsiglio vivamente di prendere la colazione: con il voucher eravamo obbligati ad andare in un unico posto, con una fila di anche 15 minuti, per avere una misera scelta tra caffe, the o arancia e un altro pezzo salato. Non era possibile avere un dolce!!! Sconsigliatissima”

“Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel equipment on the final day. The room service twice a day will definitely spoil you!”

“Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice.”

“Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, hotel reservation if you have earned status. The fitness center is very basic, and doesn't appear to have been update since our last stay, years ago. The food options are very limited, and...
