Il direttore Mohamed conosce 5 lingue e sa riconoscere le persone che ritornando ,sempre accogliente . La proprietaria lavora in anonimo per controllare la qualità del servizio . “the place is beautiful, we spent 6 days in the royal suite. Big Room five stars apartments with spa, living room etc. Marwa the manager is very effective in assisting you on every request, the personnel (kitchen and room service) are very attentive. Huge breakfast, the B&B is located in the Hammamet Fascinating Medina very close to main city services (resto shops beach etc). “This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....
