“La mia stanza (spettacolare vista sull'oceano, molto pulita) distava ben 900 metri dall'uscita dell'hotel. La navetta non era quasi mai disponibile,spesso ferma per manutenzione. Avevamo preso camera con colazione, ma sconsiglio vivamente di prendere la colazione: con il voucher eravamo obbligati ad andare in un unico posto, con una fila di anche 15 minuti, per avere una misera scelta tra caffe, the o arancia e un altro pezzo salato. Non era possibile avere un dolce!!! Sconsigliatissima”

“Loved the fact that the cleaning staff not only took out the towels each day, but still swept and mopped (most days). It was a bit challenging getting new towels and wash clothes, but they would bring them up at some time during the day. The room was a good size and it was nice having the full kitchen with dishes, fridge, and our own washer and dryer (to keep up with our swim gear and towels). We would have loved to stay in this hotel if they had one on the Hilo side as well. Best bang for your...

“Beautiful property”

“I really enjoyed my stay here.. met all my expectations. Wasn't until the last couple days I ordered food to back to my room at the food truck by the pool and was left highly disappointed... if I ate near the pool and not packaged to go the food portions were appropriate.. otherwise i felt completely ripped off. Don't want to punish the resort for a couple few bad actors that seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Ordered food on 6/2 @ 11:30am.”

“Great luau. Nice helpful staff. Room was not what it should have been. Not as clean as it should be…bathroom mirror not cleaned. Not vacuumed ( found a piece of glass on it). Was told they clean every other day. But all they did was empty garbage can and replace a towel. It said my room was a balcony resort view room…my view was of the roof and parking lot.”

“The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. “Kona is too citify we want a more rural surroundings ”

“Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
