Hotel di lusso a Kuantan

“1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. ”

“Deze resort was maar 11 jaar oud, maar we zagen wel een verval die niet snel werd aangepakt. De kamers zijn groot en voldoen aan alle comfort. We vonden de mini bar erg mager en werd ook niet elke dag aangevult. Buiten eten was beperkt tenzij je een auto hebt en circa 10-20 km naar het noorden reedt. Eten in het restaurant was goed maar ontbijt was hoofdzakelijk gericht voor de Malay klanten. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dat heeft onze vakantie toch een voldoende opgeleverd....

“Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other...

“They charge Europe price but no Europe standard. The rooms are very dirty and old. The air conditioning is not working and loud. We called them to fix and nobody comes. Just very disappointing stay overall ”

“Room is spacious and room service calls were attended promptly. Thank you. Buffet breakfast is RM35. Salad not fresh. Nice to have a gym. One machine out of order and dumbbells have missing piece. It was locked even though was operating hours. Had to call personnel to unlock. ”
