“We arrived around 10pm after travelling all day to get there, and the house had no linen or towels, so we couldn’t even shower. We called the number of the host as well as their so called emergency number and got no answer. Had to sleep without linen in quite uncomfortable beds I might add. We finally got them the next day at midday, but on a 2-night stay and at that cost, it’s not acceptable. The living room has no curtains and it overlooks the street so it doesn’t feel private at all.
