Hotel sulla spiaggia in Nuova Zelanda

“Spacious room and good location near the beach and shops but the decor and amenities are all getting old. Whilst clean, the property is not maintained well. The TV screen wasn't working properly (unwatchable). Carpets were worn out in places. Scratches on the painted walls and doors Bed was lumpy. I could manage one night but probably not more on that bed.”

“This hotel has a secure parking garage underneath it. Safe access by lift or stairs to their reception desk & to rooms. There is also a luggage trolly at reception if you need it. The staff are very pleasant & helpful & the rooms are very clean. We had a lovely ocean view from our spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. There is a lovely local café below the hotel for breakfast & lunch, which is accessable from level 1 in the hotel. Ideal on those cold wet days. The location is...
