“For a million dollar view you can't beat this location. I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Very quiet area. Everything needed was right in the condo. IF and I do mean IF there was a downside you are about 2 miles away from the resturants and bars, so if you like to partake in a few beverages you will have get a driver as it isn't walking distance. The beach at the condo is nice and quiet. If you prefer a beach to people watch about 2 miles down to the park. I would definitely...

“Our stay at this Sugar Beach Condo was EXCELLENT!!! It is conveniently located mid island, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier cities. Being on the 5th floor gave us a spectacular view of the beach side and then to the right you have the wildlife refuge! (The lower floors are missing that view). The condo groundskeepers are busy keeping the property well manicured and clean and facilities are well maintained. We were SO pleased with everything about the condo. It was stocked with all...

“Had a very easy time booking and communicating, and really enjoyed the unit/condo/area. Close to an ideal beach, unit wasn't facing a road or parking lot, and was quiet and relaxing to use as a home base for our Maui getaway! Would stay again for sure.”

“Space was great for two adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai was fabulous, we had many meals and cocktails on it, the view is hard to beat. Partial sunsets from the lanai when we visited because of the time of year & position of the sun (mid May) but you definitely see all the colours. Easy enough to just travel down to Kam beach 2 or 3 (during sunset rush hour which really isn’t that bad at all) and you’ll see the full sunset. Bed is a comfy king, good pillows, couch is comfy as well....
