“I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...

No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again.”

“The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what...

“Comfortable spacious clean room with balcony and hot tub. Indoor on-site parking. Parking lot was never more than half full during my stay. Stores and restaurants very close by. Hastings street is a fairly pleasant half mile walk away. I was allowed an early check-in which I appreciated. Other than that I didn’t really interact with staff. Room was cleaned a couple of times during my stay and supplies replenished.”
