“Nach langer Anreise war die erste Hürde die Parkplätze des Hotels zu finden, diese waren sehr schlecht Aus-/ Beschildert. Die Anreise in der Nacht machte das Ganze nicht leichter. Hotel machte einen sehr neuwertigen und gepflegten Eindruck, welcher schnell getrübt wurde da wir beim einräumen des Gepäckes in den Schrank, von Silberfischen überrascht wurden. Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, das Bett ist allerdings nur 1,40cm breit! Zu allem Überfluss war die Matratze dann auch noch...

“Appena arrivari abbiamo dovuto pagare im anticipo (100€ a notte... non pochi)in contanti perche’ il titolare dice che la carta per i clienti esteri non funziona. Abbiamo ricevuto un asciugamano piccolo e “puzzolente” per 3 gg. Alla prenotazione era indicato bagno in camera e abbiamo avuto un bagno in comune (poco pulito)con 7 altre camere!!!mancava la carta igenica, suonando alla porta sel titolare per averla... nessuno ha risposto!!penso che hotels.com debba controllare le strutture che...

At our arrival, as communicated by the structure, we made the check in at the restaurant. First of all, they gave us the key of a room already occupied by another person, so we had to performed by our own the check in using the computer at the entrance of the structure trying to understand the correct number of our room. “Einfache Ausstattung, keine Pantry obwohl es eher eine FeWo ist. Stil Jugendzimmer mit Bad. Ruhig, aber zu teuer für die Ausstattung und 30€ Endreinigung noch dazu. Dafür das es nur zum Schlafen genutzt wurde. B&B ist normal günstiger.”

“Very good location, may be the best. The room( suite)very well equipped, it combines normal flat with hotel room.good for long stays, if you have to do some light cooking and breakfast. House keeping good but needs little bit improvement. In few words It is almost a home!”

“La struttura è in zona semicentrale, servita da mezzi pubblici. Proprio sotto l’albergo ci sono supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e tanti altri negozi per qualsiasi esigenza. Se si preferisce fare una passeggiata, il centro di Colonia dista circa mezz’ora. Ho avuto assegnato un appartamento all’ottavo piano con vista fantastica. Unica pecca il check-in, che se fuori orario va fatto su strada e nel mio caso, a causa del blocco della procedura, è stato necessario contattare l’assistenza.”
