Nett, etwas klein, sehr unpersönlich
Die Anlage ist wahnsinnig klein und der Pool mitten vor den 3 Cottages und dem Restaurant auf dem Präsentierteller. Läd nicht zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super nett. Im Restaurant eher aufgesetzt nett und desinteressiert. Persönliche Stimmung kam nicht auf in der kleinen Anlage. Lage ist ok. Nicht ganz drin im Geschehen, aber zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Unser Cottage war sehr schoen und gemuetlich.

Bad value for money
Generally speaking the hotel is ok however for price/quality I think is overpriced. The rooms have no curtains so the sunlight get into the room at 6:30 am. Breakfast is very simple and very small portions. Another negative point is that you can hear everything from one villa to the next one. Furthermore the staff speaks very load since 8 am. So if you want privacy and be in a quiet place, this is not the best place.

Thank you for your comments Juan. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay with us. It is unfortunate to hear your complaints now that you are already gone. I always hope you will let us know any issue while you are staying here in order that we can solve the problem. I would like to address a few of your comments. 1. The windows in our rooms are in fact covered with curtains. Only these naturally designed bungalows have small windows on the top level with cloudy (ice) windows. Therefor they are not designed to have a curtain. 2. The noise level is felt louder in our Bungalows, as stated before these are natural and traditional style bungalows that are not built from cement and are therefor not soundproof. We offer other room types that are more standard and very sound proof. 3. I am surprised to hear you felt breakfast was small portions, while we proved a full main dish with a side of fruits, fresh juice, and specialty coffee or tea. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied and I will take into account noise from staff. Kind Regards.

这个酒店有年份了，设施都比较旧，地点偏远，走路回去要摸黑经过一条小巷，并不方便。我们入住的平房卫生条件一般，马桶更是。。。早餐套餐很一般，印尼风情的双层毛草房就不知道了。建议同胞们还是选新开的酒店吧

Thank you for your comments. We apologize to hear you were disappointed with your stay here. I would like to address some of the issues you mentioned. Our property at Kies is only 5 years old, and our Bungalows have been updated and renovated since our opening. Kies Villas is located on a small road, off the main street of Kuta. This location is very central and in walking distant to all restaurants, bars and shops. The lighting on the street is not perfect therefor most guest choose to rent a scooter rather then walking. Our breakfast menu includes choice of coffee, tea, juice, fruit and a full meal per person. We can only hope to have heard your complaints while you were here with us, so we could do whatever needed to accommodate you better. Kind Regards

Great Place!!!
Beautiful place and the staff was amazing! We had a bit of an issue with the booking and the owner personally found us to make it right on her end. The breakfast was great - and healthy options! Great location to enjoy the Kuta nightlife, but better to arrange transportation elsewhere as the mark up from the venue is expensive. All in all - great place and we plan to be back!!!

We stayed in the Rear Villas. What a set-up with a beautiful private pool, 2 large rooms and an amazing sitting and dining area... They even lit our fire pit for us. What a treat the stay was...

Very nice stay, needs more generous breakfast
Great-looking cozy hotel, a few minutes walk to Kuta's main streets. Boutiquey, with only a few rooms, it felt quite private. We stayed in a deluxe studio, which was huge and had a semi-outdoor bathroom, nice design and comfy bed. Helpful tips and maps are provided, along with suggestions on what to see and where to eat, go shopping, etc. Scooters can also be rented. The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness, I think it should be cleaned more often especially between guests' stays, the sinks showed no signs of being cleaned before or while we were there. Breakfast was okay but limited to one item on the menu - as no toast was included in the omelette option, we ordered it separately and paid extra for it, a bit of an overcharge by Indonesian standards.

. Transfer "pago" para o centrinho de Kuta (2mn); . Reservei um bungalow mas tentaram que fosse para um quarto qualidade inferior dizendo que o bungalow já estava ocupado - tentaram enganar-me e mentiram-me: fui para o bungalow que afinal estava livre; . Pequeno almoço rudimentar: um sumo e um iogurte com cereais! No global: insuficiente preparação para acolhimento hoteleiro.

メイン通りから徒歩３分にあり、静かですが思っていた以上にヴィラとヴィラが近い。プールも小さい。レストランは　ここ同様にロンボクの食事は　ほとんど美味しくないです。食事はできるだけ、外で摂られることをお勧めします。シャワーの水圧・熱さ　は完璧でした。wifiも問題なく使えました。サーフィンで利用するなら　他の安いホテルでも良いかもです。

年末年始に9泊しました。 チェックインが遅い時間でしたが快く対応いただきました。 ステイ中はのんびりと過ごしましたが、レストランのほか、周りのワルンなどでの食事も楽しめました。 ホテルのレストランがもう少し良いといいなと思います。

In dieser Preiskategorie sollten Kühlschrank und Tee-Kaffee Möglichkeit selbstverständlich sein. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass alles sehr eng ist, Zimmer an Zimmer, das gesamte Grundstück ist zugebaut.

Schöne, kompakte Hotelanlage mit toller Poolarea
Insgesamt eine Empfehlung. Die Zimmer sind bis auf die 3 "Villen" eher einfacher ausgestattet, aber mit einer sehr guten Preis-Leistung. Die Anlage ist sehr kompakt mit schönem Poolareal mit kuscheligen Balibetten drum herum. Gutes Frühstück a la carte. 15 min zu nicht so schönen "Stadtstrand" von Kuta. Es sollte einem klar sein, dass man ein Moped oder Auto braucht, um an die schönen Strände zu kommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Kies Village! Auch wenn es nicht total zentral gelegen ist, in 5min zu Fuß oder 2min mit dem Roller ist man im Zentrum von Kuta, mit viel Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Für Ausflüge (auch zum Strand direkt in Kuta) würden wir aber immer Roller oder Fahrer empfehlen, da es für Fußgänger an den Straßen in Lombok nicht sonderlich angenehm und sicher ist. Die Einrichtung der (Exotic) Bungalows ist toll, sehr geschmackvoll!!! Moskitonetz, Minibar, Klimaanlage & Ventilator, Shampoo & Duschgel und Hängematte inklusive. Die Bungalows bieten ein sehr bequemes Bett und genug Platz für Gepäck. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Man kann alle Ausflüge / Fahrten und Roller direkt vor Ort anmieten und organisieren, kaum Preisunterschied zu den freien Anbietern im Zentrum. Die Möglichkeit zwei verschiedene Massagen zu buchen, softer oder "richtig" :), ist fantastisch. Essen und Getränke-Auswahl ist ausreichend....auch wenn manchmal, je nach getaner Tagesaktivität, die Portionen etwas klein waren. Alles in allem sehr erholsam und man verbringt dort gerne Zeit. Die Bilder auf der Website und Buchungsseite entsprechen ganz der Wahrheit.

サーフトリップで利用しました。 コテージタイプの部屋に宿泊しましたが、素晴らしいの一言です。 1階はリビング、キッチン、バスルームがあります。 ウォーターサーバーが設置されており、いつでも冷たい水、熱湯が使用可能です。 冷蔵庫には、各種ビールも充実。 ソファーが複数有り、座る位置に迷う程です。 また、大きなソファーはベットとしても使用可能です。 ファンが付いていますが、回転が遅く、少し暑く感じました。 2階はエアコンが設置されており、快適です。 初日ベットの蚊帳を使用せずに寝たところ、13ヶ所蚊に食われ、痒くて眠れませんでした。 翌日、蚊帳を使用したところ、快適に爆睡できました。 蚊帳の使用を強くお勧めします。 朝食時間は外出をしており、食べれませんでしたが、有料時間のレストランは食事、お酒とも美味しくいただきました。 クタのメインストリートまでは、徒歩10分程要します。 サーフィン目的の方は、ホテルでレンタル可能なバイクで、20分程度でグルプックのボード乗り場までアクセス可能と、リゾート+サーフィンの両立が可能です。 ホテルでのんびりするにも、大小プールが2つあり、ビーチベットも充実しており、ゆっくりと過ごせます。 また、ロンボクトリップの際は利用したいです。

Wished we had stayed longer.
We were very impressed and really love the deco and set up of the vila, a true charm. It's about 5mins walk to the main road through an unpaved road. Quite tricky to get to the villa but thanks to google map! The room is clean and very spacious. Good air con, warm shower and water pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Many work/resting area around the villas to just chill outside with 2 pools. Massage was so so. Restaurant food is good and staffs were helpful. Wifi is good too. Will definitely stay at Kies Villas again in future.

Nice hotel let down by bad bed bug experience
This was the last place we stayed out of our month holiday. As we had only stayed in hostels for the entire trip we decided to treat ourselves to an upgrade to finish of our trip so booked the Exotic Bungalow. It was therefore surprising that having avoided bed bugs for the whole trip, after our first couple of nights staying at Kies Villas all three of us were covered in bed bug bites, with about 15 bites on my forearm alone which is quite embarrassing now I have returned to the UK. However despite this I would still recommend the villa as once we had alerted the staff to what had happened they were extremely friendly, apologetic and very accommodating- moving us instantly to an upgraded villa. I guess these things cannot be helped but the way the staff dealt with the matter was very professional. The breakfast that is included is good value for money as well with a variety of choice so you could mix it up and have something different each morning to try.

Excellent stay
Satisfactory with our stay at president villa. Very spacious villa comes with 2 bedroom and large private pool which means can nude swim, haha. Room Service are great , staff are helpful. wifi stable. Not much misquote cause many gecko around to eat them. We stay in the pool area all day long.

I'm obsessed with this place.
I wish I was still there!! The lay out is private, GORGEOUS, unique and so true of Lombok. The staff is insanely friendly and helpful, shout out to Carl! Food was great, the bathroom is outdoors and is more perfect than you could imagine. What a gem, you will be so happy the minute you walk in and throughout your entire stay.

Great staff, good value for money
The Kies Villa is a very nice small hotel. Don't be surprised about the very bad Road taking you the last 200 meter. Staff is very nice and helpful. The luxury villa large and the private pool is amazing and 100% private. The outside bath is sharming and nice. Hi-Fi did not work - a pitty as there were several speakers around the villa area. Great with the constant drikning Water supply. Unfortunately both my wife and I got some food poison after eating in the hotel restaurant - bacteria for sure different then in Europe but this as a warning to decide for "safe" food. We for sure recommend Kies Villas for people who look for a silent place to relax and not a hotel with Direct access to beach area.

Nice swimming pool
The resort is located at a quiet side road, approx 15 min walking distance to Kuta Beach. There are several good restaurants on the way to the beach. The Exotic Bungalows are spacious and feature all necessary comfort. The pool area is beautiful. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I would recommend to rent a scooter at the reception to explore Kuta.

Spectacular Property and Staff
The hotel is exotic, breathtaking and spotless. It is close to town, beaches and beautiful sunset locations.The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful at arranging skooters, drivers or to help arrange day trips. The common pool areas are spectacular and are very relaxing. Our driver, arranged through the hotel was friendly and helpful. This hotel and team was amazing. I would love to return back and would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful and trendy
Very trendy place. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The room had a gorgeous outdoor bathroom with an outdoor shower. Breakfast was amazing and healthy. Location - about 10mins walk from Kuta beach. Along the way there are restaurants and shops. Do ask the hotel for restaurant recommendations. The pool area is nice as well and they have a ping pong table too!
