This was the worst VRBO property we've ever stayed in. The host was not available for anything until she realized she screwed up. Not available when we needed to change our dates, didn't send over the access information and couldn't be reached by the VRBO agent when we arrived. Took 20 min for the agent to find a code from the previous stay. NOTHING about this property was as listed in the pictures. She changed out all the furniture and left the bare minimum which was old, dirty & damaged, it was dirty with black mold in the both showers, missing smoke detector, missing and burned out light bulbs everywhere, broken and missing towel and toilet paper racks in both bathrooms, broken mirror that was left in the garage, the master shower didn't drain at all, the dishwasher smelled like sewer, dirty coffee machine, floors were disgusting, broken trashcan, and a load of towels was just left in the washer; wet. No hand towels or tissues in the bathrooms and we bought a new skillet to cook our eggs bc of how bad the other one was. I messaged her about all of this stating and how angry we were and she gave me a list of excuses why it wasn't as listed saying that she hadn't been out to the property in over 2 months blaming the cleaning crew. She tried to overnight a spray for the black mold that she thought WE were supposed to take care of. She stated she would take the listing down to fix everything after we left. Dishonest and irresponsible, and way below my standards when i book.
