They ran out of everything at pretty much at 6.30an because they did not put anything. Disappointing because we looked for a hotel specifically with breakfast. Nice staff and area, but the food situation is disappointing.”

“Hotel was clean, smelled clean. Room was great. We got the family suite. A lot of room, we got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool but to was too cold to enjoy at any time of the day. Not temperature controlled. We had other activities planned in the area but a let down on the hotel side. Breakfast was good, basic things and not a bad selection. Time was reasonable.”

“Room was musty and all bed linens needed to be disinfected and changed, mattress felt as if it were long overdue to be switched out, Roaches in the room. Ac not working properly”

“We stayed in room 229 and it was extremely hot even when we put the air on 60. There was also mold on the shower curtain, and some hair in the bathtub.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....

“I could not believe how badly maintained this hotel is. Cleaning crew is doing a lousy job. Surfaces were not wiped down. Hair on the nightstand. Cobwebs and dead roaches under the AC unit andAC unit was so stinky and moldy that I had to turn it off. Toilet seat was loose/broken. I reported all this to the "manager" who did not offer any recourse and reminded because I booked on a third party site he could not return any of my money. I was very put off that he did not even try to offer me...
