“Wir wurden von unserer Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass das Personal auch zu anderen Gästen sehr unfreundlich war und hat nur nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen unsere Wünsche versucht halbwegs nachzukommen.
