“Hallways and doors closing to rooms are extremely loud and very disruptful if your looking for peace and quiet. I stayed on the 35th floor.”

“We enjoyed the overall appearance of hotel and staff was friendly. Prime location as we were visiting UT Austin. We did not like that we paid pet fees to take our Shihtzu and on top of that got charged a noise fee which we were not told about beforehand as he would bark sometimes and was more than the original pet fees. Self-parking fees are almost as much as the valet fees. Parking should be included.”

“Stayed here for a two day trip. The area is very nice with lots to do within walking distance. The parking garage was difficult to find at first but the front desk staff gave a helpful instruction card to find it. The garage is quite narrow so be aware driving wider vehicles. The room was clean with lots of amenities. Our bed was a bit creaky on the first night and ended up caving in on the second night. One of the slats had broken but it was an easy fix.
