NOVITÀ ECCITANTI, A CAUSA DELLA DOMANDA POPOLARE, LA CASA DEL MAR 2 SARÀ PRONTA A LUGLIO 2018, PER FAVORE, VEDI RIFERIMENTO IMMOBILE 8426513 Questa casa al mare in prima linea si trova a Butibamba, La Cala de Mijas.
Quattro camere matrimoniali, esposte a sud con una fantastica vista sul mare. Questa casa al mare ha la possibilità di ospitare fino a 8 persone. Vi è un ampio salone che offre TV / DVD e WIFI gratuito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e un forno a microonde. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata che fornisce aria calda e fredda. Nella parte anteriore della casa c'è una terrazza solarium dove è possibile cenare all'aperto con vista sul mare.
La terrazza posteriore offre una lavatrice e due serbatoi d'acqua da 150 litri che garantiscono acqua sufficiente per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze. Al primo piano c'è un balcone dove è possibile rilassarsi, leggere un libro o semplicemente guardare le barche che passano. La casa ha un armadio per la biancheria ben fornito e ampi teli da mare.
Se hai bisogno di una casa pulita mentre sei in vacanza, questo può essere organizzato. La struttura si trova a breve distanza a piedi dai bar / tapas locali e dal negozio di alimentari. La città di La Cala è a 10 minuti a piedi, con una vasta gamma di bar, ristoranti, banche e negozi.
Il mercoledì / sabato c'è un mercato dove è possibile acquistare prodotti locali e molti vestiti / accessori per la casa.
Un servizio di autobus effettua corse ogni 15 minuti per raggiungere Fuengirola o Marbella.

Es war ein einziger Traum. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand (10 Meter vielleicht). Wir konnten jeden morgen mit einer Tasse Kaffee im Schlafanzug uns auf die dortige Mauer setzen, den Wellen zuhören und den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen, essen und aufs Meer schauen....einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Zimmer und auch die Bäder waren super sauber. Duschtücher, Gesichtstücher, als auch Handtücher für den Strand waren in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Sogar an Strandstühle für die Gäste wurde gedacht. Man merkt sofort auf den ersten Blick, dass sich hier gekümmert wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Ian bzw. mit dem Vermieter Bruno war einfach klasse. Da wir sehr spät abends gelandet sind, hat Bruno uns eine Flasche Sekt und Wasser bereit gestellt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr AUF JEDEN FALL nochmal kommen.

We really couldn’t have asked for more, we were a family group of 8 ranging from 9 years through to 84 years old! The property and location are the best we have ever stayed in, there was nothing that wasn’t there on hand in the house and the location was right on the beach, can’t wait to return. The communication from Ian the owner was first class and Diana who meet us on our arrival couldn’t do enough to help us. Magical break would recommend highly!

Any one looking at this beach house for a holiday I would strongly recommend it , the house is impressive and very well equipped and immaculately clean and being only 20 yards from the beach and ocean from which the outdoor terrace overlooks. Bruce the host welcomed our family with a glass of fizz and the basics to start your holiday off with which was a lovely gesture the house was very comfortable and spacious as we were a family of 8 adults

From booking through to the actual stay, Ian and Bruno were superb throughout. Any questions were quickly answered and both went above and beyond to ensure the holiday went as smoothly as possible. The apartment met all expectations, clean, well maintained and a fantastic location. To be able to get up in the morning and be able to look out onto the beach was just paradise. The apartment had everything that we could possibly have needed throughout our stay and Bruno was at hand to be able to offer any further assistance if we needed. There were lots of restaurants to choose from, with a good standard of food being offered. There was also good bus services to be able to explore further afield, with the bus stops a short walk away. As 6 adults and one 16yr old, the apartment allowed us plenty of space, whilst allowing us to be together. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts. Would definitely return. Thank you Ian and Bruno.

We have been to la Cala many times and stayed in many different types of accommodation I would say Casa Del Mar is probably one of the best for value for money and incredibly clean accommodation. I think it is best suited For 4-6 people.

Lovely Beach house with great views, it’s impossible to get any closer to the beach and those calming waves lapping the shore. Only a short walk to the town centre with bars,cafes and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Our stay was only a 5 day golf holiday but we all agreed we wanted to stay longer. Would highly recommend this Beach house for families or groups of friends.

Communication with Ian and Bruno was excellent. Bruno couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure. Casa was excellent, all the amenities you’d need including aircon. Superb location, a short stroll to everything around La Cala. Although we didn’t try the beach/sea, a little too cold in early March, in the summer just a few steps from the door to the beach. Excellent all round

6 friends on a golf holiday. The house was spacious and well equipped and easily catered for 6 adults. The location was perfect, 10 minutes stroll from the town centre. It sits on the promenade adjacent to the beach. We had hired 2 cars for the holiday and had no problem finding parking close to the house. Bruno provided us with everything we needed for check in and departure. I would highly recommend the house.

Fabulous property in a Fabulous location. This was our groups 2nd stay there. The finishing touches make all the difference as you have everything that you need for your stay. Upon arrival the fridge was full of drinks and milk. Everything was considered from napkins to washing tablets and everything else you may possibly need.

The host was extremely helpful and available if we needed him. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and plentiful towels. Games, information sheets, books, tv, air con / heating (we stayed in December) if required. Would highly recommend!

From the moment of booking Bruno and Ian made us feel we had made the right choice regarding accommodation and on arrival this was certainly clarified. The location is seriously beautiful as it is right next to the beach and the house it self was just perfect. It was super clean, well designed and had everything we needed and more! Little touches like beach towels and wine in the fridge say it all. Bruno was welcoming and then left us to it. He also allowed us to use the house until 4pm on day of departure due - which was absolutely fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a 5 night break away with 5 friends. Property size was perfect/clean/modern along with the location where we were minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants and 10 metres from the beach which was great. Ian was a great host and very attentive. We normally stay around La Cala de Mijas and this was a great choice of property and will hopefully be back soon

Die Kommunikation hat schon vor unserem Urlaub gut funktioniert. Wir wurden über alles auf dem Laufenden gehalten (Schlüsselübergabe, Taxivorschläge, Zimmereinteilung,..). Wir wurden dann freundlich beim Haus empfangen und haben alle nötigen Informationen zu Haus und Umgebung erhalten. Den Aufenthalt in der Casa del Mar haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt - der Strand ist direkt beim Haus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nahe. Die Gegend ist ruhig und ideal zur Erholung. Der Strand ist sauber, zum Teil hat es hohe Wellen gehabt. Diese haben aber positiv zum Badespass beigetragen. Wir würden das Strandhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.
