“Great location. Neighborhood was in a quiet neighborhood Ava very relaxing. A lot of space, but not the best use of space in some areas. Most of the entertainment was outside and in So Cal, it is cool. No heaters available, so not convenient. Several amenities didn’t work during our stay, but they were generally responsive.”

“Five Stars!!Great location, clean, cohesive and simple decor which made it feel very comfortable, and homey.Cozy back porch was perfect for relaxing in the fresh air with coffee. Would highly recommend and would look for this particular property when staying in the area again. ”

“The house is just how it’s pictured. Beautifully decorated and super organized. The owner was very helpful, welcoming, and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely come back when get a chance. ”

“Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.”

“Superhost indeed! We had an issue with the front door code late at night and were hesitant to call the host because of the hour. To our surprise, he answered after just one ring and immediately helped us resolve the problem. Within minutes, we were able to get into the house. Excellent communication, quick response, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!”

“Stay decent. Only room for 1 car to park on the property and you apparently can't park on the street except for Friday and Saturday otherwise you could get ticketed. We weren't told that until the next morning when it was too late. And only then were we told we could have parked in the driveway, just had to have to car moved by 8. Which would have been fine. No kitchen (but that's my fault for not seeing that). If you want to do laundry it's a 10 charge. Bring your own pillow if you can. It felt...
