“We planned a family vacation here in California before our oldest moves on to college. We thought a Vrbo rental would be more cost effective for us than reserving multiple rooms in a local hotel. Price point was great for the amount of space in the home. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. The inside of the home was super clean & nicely kept. “This was above our expectations. It was a gorgeous home with a beautiful pool/hot tub. Absolutely loved that we could watch fireworks every night at 930 from the front lawn. We will gladly do business with this property management again!!!”

“Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. ”
