“We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, malinis, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. “Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no...

“The location in the heart of BGC is excellent. Additionally, the staff were consistently respectful and courteous throughout my visit. I also found the breakfast to be outstanding, particularly with the variety of options provided on the daily menu. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“Staff were very friendly From arrival to departure. The bed looked dirty; bed sheet appears to be blood stain and shoes stomped markings. I have videos and photos taken when I arrived and discovered. ”

“Wifi worked fine. Room was clean and soap and towel and blankets and A/C was provided. There was a pool but I didn't have a chance to use it.”

“We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.”
