“the hotel was really run down. I broke out in a skin rash from the hard sheets. I asked for a crib for my granddaughter and it was a sleep and play that looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. The staff at check in was great and the breakfast was good but so crowded most of the food was gone. I won't stay there again Just not my way of staying!”

“I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. Upon checkout, I put luggage and my backpack with my 9 mm in the trunk. Had to go back to the room for the cooler.
Came outside with cooler and there was a man trying to open my trunk.
He tried to play it off like he mistakenly thought it was his car. His car looked nothing like mine and was parked on the opposite side of the lot.”
