“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“There was a party going on in the room next to us which totally ruined our travel plans. We wound up having to leave the hotel at 1:30 AM and resume our travel to Memphis. Our stay the night before was fine and the front desk staff was great. I can’t say the same for last night. The clerk didn’t seem at all interested in quieting the other guests down. Very disappointed!”

“There was an odd smell in the room. We also had to call downstairs to get towels and the pool was not as clean as I thought it should The desk attendants were nice and it was easy to get what we needed ”

“I called the night prior to arrival to confirm the pool was in working order. It definitely was not which seems to be a common theme. I called Expedia directly and the hotel front desk and both confirmed it was fully functional. At check in when I asked where the pool was they advised it was not working and went out over the weekend (This was Monday) I explained the whole reason why I booked here was the pool and the manager said she was reaching out to Expedia for a full refund and we still...
