“Place was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. Disliked having to pay to park!!”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The front desk clerk in the evening was not very friendly. My wife asked for a bottle of water as we returned from dinner, and he said “I already gave you two when you checked in. You will have to buy it if you want another.” If the policy is to only give 2 bottles of water, he should have said that instead of being very rude. Later that evening, she learned she had forgotten to pack a toothbrush. She went to the front desk to see if they had a complimentary one - as most Marriott properties do...

“The place is good, easy to get to, and all the staff are very friendly. It has a pool and a basic buffet breakfast. The room was clean and presentable; however, the facilities are old. Even so, the stay was very comfortable.”

“Air conditioning was amazing, the staff were incredibly nice, and the location was right on the freeway which was nice. Wish the rooms were a little cleaner but besides that I loved my stay.”
