“My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!”

“When I called to make a reservation the girl who answered told me she couldn’t book our room and that I needed to go online to make my reservation! Also the pool was not even finished so we couldn’t swim. Then we left after the second night and the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t refund us for the night we didn’t stay and we would have to contact you. The room air was not cool, we were very hot on the last night we stayed.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to". My shift got extended so i worked until 8, I went and ate breakfast then proceeded to the hotel. I said o was there to ckeck in, she...
