“Posto magnifico, in una zona tranquilla a 2 passi da UCLA. Camera spaziosa pulita e personale disponibile e gentile. Molto consigliato!”

“Stanza molto carina e curata nei dettagli ma un po' piccola. La colazione in camera, visti gli spazi ristretti, risulta un po' complessa. Per il resto location comoda a Brentwood e staff gentile. ”

“Warning! Fraudulent practice! Make sure to check your receipt carefully as they will add random charges on your bill. I stayed in the hotel for two nights, for the record the room was clean and the whole check-in process was smooth. It did not hold until checking out, the hotel promised that the receipt will be mailed within 1 hour after the check-out, which did not happen. I have to call in and request for it. The manager sent the receipt but I found there were repetitive charges including nuts...

“People should be aware that the shared bathrooms are not lockable at all. This was not made clear (not lockable) My daughters and wife did not feel safe with this. To make matters worse they would not refund us when we made this clear. Im pretty sure this is in violation of building code.”
