“I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

“The room and the hotel lobby were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. Self parking was convenient and free and plenty of spaces. The only problem we came across was there was a water testing taking place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we had no water during that time as it was shut off. I called the front desk and complained about this and they apologized and offered us a complimentary dinner with...

“There were flying beetles at the entrance once I checked in the staff was very helpful. The snack at 5:30 had flies and bugs all over the food. I was able to enjoy a mixed drink. I woke up this morning with one of those beetles flying in my mouth, it seemed that the hotel had them all over. I use the computer in the business center in the middle of the hotel and they were Beatles flying around and they were dead Beatles on the desk.”

“Hotel was nice, the elevator was slow and creaky, made me feel safer to not need to use it anymore. Staff was very nice and helpful, excellent service. It's just a shame the hotel itself feels like it needs a fair bit of maintenance to really deliver on the promise it's staff so capably delivers”
