“The property advertised a pool and there was no pool, the bathroom had discolored dirty coloring , the side of the bathtub was cracked , the ac didn’t work well until this morning, the fridge was warm , there was hair and dirty on the window sil, there was hair on a wash cloth my son was using to wash his face , we asked for additional blankets and there were none. We arranged for late checkout but decided to leave as fast as possible. We came bc we didn’t have running water while work was...

“Great teip”

“Location was good for our purposes and very close to major roadways. Room was clean, except for some mold in the bathroom. Building seemed well-maintained. Breakfast was decent and a little different each day. I was not aware that the mall next door is struggling, so if you are looking at the property for its location, I’d read up on that situation before booking.”

“This is our second time here, we love this area. The hotel is nice, and the breakfast was really good for a hotel free breakfast. ”

“The staff was really great. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was the pool being shut down this summer. I was looking forward to it so I was a little disappointed.”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“The front desk attendant, I believe her name was Miranda, was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel 100% at home and treated us like we were family. This is the second time in as many years that my buddy and I have stayed at this hotel and there was a reason we came back a second time. The staff is truly welcoming and caters to your every need. I can't recommend this place enough.”

“Everything was great except my room was on the road side and all you hear all night is crotch rockets and cars racing’s constantly”

“When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great. ”

“Room was clean and spacious. But the two tvs did not have enough channels. The receptionist at the night was not very helpful and nice. From the room were missing stuff like freezer and microwave. Also some information about the stay and parking were confusing and unexplained at the time.”

“Will you stay at this property multiple times and the staff is always on point very helpful. They are graded what they do. The facilities are also well kept and clean. Just wish they had a microwave...lol”
