“The on duty manager was very polite, kind and focused on excellent customer service. The facilities are exceptionally clean and located in a very nice area. ”

“Location was good for our purposes and very close to major roadways. Room was clean, except for some mold in the bathroom. Building seemed well-maintained. Breakfast was decent and a little different each day. I was not aware that the mall next door is struggling, so if you are looking at the property for its location, I’d read up on that situation before booking.”

“The property advertised a pool and there was no pool, the bathroom had discolored dirty coloring , the side of the bathtub was cracked , the ac didn’t work well until this morning, the fridge was warm , there was hair and dirty on the window sil, there was hair on a wash cloth my son was using to wash his face , we asked for additional blankets and there were none. We arranged for late checkout but decided to leave as fast as possible. We came bc we didn’t have running water while work was...

“La habitación que nos dieron al llegar olía muchísimo a cigarrillo, solicitamos cambio y fueron muy amables al cambiarnos de habitación. El servicio de la lavandería estuvo muy bien, la lavadora y secadora son maquinas con moneda, venden el jabón en la recepción. La opción de poder lavar tu mismo a cualquier hora, estuvo muy bueno, lavamos entre 10 y 11 de la noche sin problema. El desayuno sencillo, pero bueno, huevos revueltos, pan, mantequilla, wafles, jugo de naranja y manzana, café y té,...

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“The staff was really great. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was the pool being shut down this summer. I was looking forward to it so I was a little disappointed.”

“The rooms were very clean with fluffy white towels and clean beds , the staff the friendliest , sadly the WiFi didn’t not work and the air conditioning was very noisy , however it was excellent value for money and if we return to the area we would definitely stay here again . Thank you”

“When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great. ”

“Completely different from what the pictures show online, and in a very sketchy area. We went elsewhere.”

“Riscaldamento non funzionante in modo appropriato. Era preimpostato un limite alla temperatura massima della camera, decisamente troppo bassa per l'inverno. Risultato camera fredda per tutta la notte e soggiorno decisamente poco confortevole.”
