“The on duty manager was very polite, kind and focused on excellent customer service. The facilities are exceptionally clean and located in a very nice area. ”

“Hot tub was barley warm and didn't work. Our room had no hot water. We were offered another room that was in no way comparable to the one we booked, we instead left and were told to call the next day about a refund since the service we booked was not provided. Still waiting on a return call from management.”

“Location was good for our purposes and very close to major roadways. Room was clean, except for some mold in the bathroom. Building seemed well-maintained. Breakfast was decent and a little different each day. I was not aware that the mall next door is struggling, so if you are looking at the property for its location, I’d read up on that situation before booking.”

“The property advertised a pool and there was no pool, the bathroom had discolored dirty coloring , the side of the bathtub was cracked , the ac didn’t work well until this morning, the fridge was warm , there was hair and dirty on the window sil, there was hair on a wash cloth my son was using to wash his face , we asked for additional blankets and there were none. We arranged for late checkout but decided to leave as fast as possible. We came bc we didn’t have running water while work was...

“Place is outdated but clean and maintained”

“Door lock was broken. Hard floors in the room. Painting all over was just bad. Key card was turned off hours before checkout. No elevator to 2nd floor so dont pack heavy bags. Fridge had towels under it so the staff knew it leaked. Staff was just uncaring.”

“When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great. ”

“Completely different from what the pictures show online, and in a very sketchy area. We went elsewhere.”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.”
