“Didn't like the quality of the food in the restaurant of the hotel. It was just like eating a TV dinner. Also there was a weird rule regarding the availability of coffee in the afternoon and evenings. The staff at the restaurant was good, pleaseant and friendly; but the food...terrible. You need to get a real chef, get really good food, make room service quicker , and then you will have a better facility.”

“I booked our room in February. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom for my elderly parents & a pool for my niece. The link to the reservation in the comformation email with room info showed walk in shower with a bench & a pool. We were so excited; went to reservation page several times just double checking. So in June when we arrive they inform us that we no longer have that room & there are o handicap rooms because they were doing renovations & the pool was not in service. They should have...

“Beautiful hotel, minus how loud everything seemed. The room was clean, and spacious. The layout was a bit strange, and made sharing space a little difficult. Our main issue was that we could hear cars and people on the street, as well as each time our neighbors took a shower... For the price we just wouldn't revisit this location for those reasons.”
