“The front staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was the quietest hotel that we have ever stayed at and the morning breakfast stayed well stocked. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing a concert at Lenova Center and for dining, shopping and enjoying museums. Thank you for helping to make my eldest's birthday trip so memorable, Best Western Plus”
“I stayed here to attend a Ghost concert, I felt very safe and the area was very clean. I was a bit skeptical since a previous hotel around Raleigh wasn’t nice, but I loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the Crabtree Mall, which was very convenient.”
“When i pulled up the outside of the building looked run down and i asked what did i get myself into? But my fears were put at ease when going inside. Nice clean lobby, friendly efficient check in. Room could use an air freshener, but thats just me. Room is a nice size, very clean bright. Overall a great stay!”
“Assolutamente eccezionale!!! L'hotel è veramente splendido e la nostra camera pulitissima, accogliente e con un piccolo angolo cottura completo di tutto. C'è un piccolo negozio dove puoi trovare qualsiasi cosa per cibo e lavanderia. Una saletta di free internet con stampante a disposizione. Il personale gentilissimo. Segnalo sopprattutto la signora Rapula e un altro signore che ci ha accolto quando siamo arrivati altrettanto disponibile e gentile.”
“The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.”
