“Our air didn't work the best. But overall our room was good. Friendly staff! The pool wasn't open due to a heater issue, so that was a bunmer. But we were offered to go next door to the Hilton, but it was very crowded. So we never enjoyed it. ”

“We checked in this past Tuesday after a very long drive. The lobby looked to be in good condition; however, upon reaching our floor-the cleanliness dropped greatly. The smell was pretty bad right off the elevator. Once we opened the door to our room, the smell was atrocious. Someone had clearly cooked seafood or something of that nature and the room was not properly cleaned. We immediatly left the hotel and requested a refund in which we were told no. We lost our money and had to find a new...
