“Great Value! Front Desk staff is friendly and helpful. They had at least 1 (usually 2) staff at the front desk 24/7. It is definitely a budget level hotel, but with better service. The rooms are older but if you’re not nitpicking and want a budget option this is an excellent choice. Location is very convenient to most places in Raleigh/Durham. I will definitely stay here again. “When i pulled up the outside of the building looked run down and i asked what did i get myself into? But my fears were put at ease when going inside. Nice clean lobby, friendly efficient check in. Room could use an air freshener, but thats just me. Room is a nice size, very clean bright. Overall a great stay!”
“The front staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was the quietest hotel that we have ever stayed at and the morning breakfast stayed well stocked. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing a concert at Lenova Center and for dining, shopping and enjoying museums.
