“Clean room”

“Great place to stay. The pool was nice and warm and there is plenty of space to hang out in the hotel with your party without having to be in your room. The staff was very nice and the complimentary coffee and breakfast was great. Easy on off exit, but sets up on a quieter back street.”

“Winter it was closed”

“Older hotel but very well updated. Clean and everyone was friendly. We felt the parking fee was absurd since the hotel has its own private parking lot. Where else are we supposed to park? Not to mention, the lot is small so when it's busy, you have to park at an upper lot and walk down steep stairs. We we probably stay elsewhere next time because of this. ”

“The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly but the hotel itself looks old and the room smelled like food.the room was dirty at the time we arrived it seemed like someone is not doing their cleaning job at all, the counter was dirty with food residues and the blankets had food stains and small hairs all over. ”

“Our stay was wonderful... our room was spotless Air conditioner worked perfect... wi-fi was great and Haley at reception was so welcoming and answered our questions she was very kind... thank you for a wonderful stay!!!”

“Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. Thankfully, we only stayed one night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. But the smell of marijuana in the room was so strong, that our pajamas and any clothes that we wore while in the room wreaked of it even after we got home the next night. The front desk clerk was kind enough to look for any other open room for us, but with no luck. The head board of the bed was so stained that I didn’t want any part of my body to touch it. It...

“Although most of our stay was pleasant, it only takes one person to ruin an otherwise good experience. A couple of small things stood out when we arrived. When I went to use the gym, there was no hand cleaner available. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk, but it didn’t seem to concern them much. “Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Property is renovated and in a great location ”

“Pool was warm and clean. No hot tub though. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Gym had lots of equipment and also was clean. Location of hotel was perfect for our needs. Construction out in the front of the hotel which probably contributed to the "much-needed repairing" pothole in the front drive entrance.”

“Staff is very friendly and the property is well maintained. My only complaint is the smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking building ”

“Roaches”

“Do not book here. The hotel was disgusting, there were multiple piles of dried vomit in the hallways, pubic hair on the bathroom counter and in the towels, feces smeared in the hallway, cockroaches, and neighbors screaming at all hours of the night. I will likely never book at a La Quinta again after this stay.”

“Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh.”
