“What a great experience at GRAND! My family and I have never stayed at shared place before, and I am blown away at how great this place accommodated us. It's in a perfect location to explore the mountains, was beautifully decorated / clean, and the technology to access everything made it so easy to get in and out. Thanks for a wonder stay. If I'm ever back in Engelberg (and I plan on it), I'll be staying at the GRAND!”

“Pension Chalet is not a typical hotel. Instead, it felt like we were visiting dear friends’ house in the Swiss Alps. The hosts are a fantastic couple. We visited several places in Switzerland, but the morning views from the balcony of this typical alpine style hotel were the best and absolutely stunning. We hope we could visit Switzerland again in the future, and if we do, we would certainly go to Yungfrau Region and Pension Chalet again. ”

“The family at this Hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the train. I was there in the summer so it was very quiet. This suited me but it would be busy in the winter.”

"La sistemazione è in una posizione comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Per il livello di comfort offerto il prezzo è un po' alto ma prevedibile in una località svizzera in piena stagione. Tuttavia dobbiamo segnalare un doppio errore: prima ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno al doppio del prezzo previsto. Per fortuna ci siamo accorti e ci hanno accordato il rimborso (senza scusarsi). Un errore può capitare, salvo che al check-out la tassa di soggiorno ci è stata chiesta nuovamente. Ho dovuto fare vedere gli addebiti sulla mia carta di credito per evitare di pagarla di nuovo!"
