“Only saw the casino”

“The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“Room was clean and in good condition. Some furniture was a bit dated but serviceable. I have stayed there a few times & it is my go-to place in the Syracuse area. Sems a bit understaffed but I can deal with that.”

“Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got.”

“There was hair in the tub, on a folded towel, in the sink, shower walls. Room smelled like cigarettes. But they did give me one extra hour late check out. Would I stay there again. A BIG NO”

“I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. “If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night and you don’t care then this is fine. The rooms are clean enough and the rooms seem like they were cheaply slapped together and furnished. The chair in the room was missing a wheel, siting on the bed cause a loud noise like the mattress was sitting on a metal box, iron wouldn’t get hot so basically pointless, fridge was warm.
