The indoor pool was drained and structurally unsound. Didn’t try to find the hot tub. I found it difficult to navigate the property. Much of the parking garage was blocked off due to the pool above. The assigned parking places were extremely narrow. My husband and I were barely able to exit our car. I was worried the whole time that my new car was going to have many door dings. The room was clean with the exception of a dead gecko in the bedroom. Host was available by text and phone. For informational purposes -, patio is not handicap accessible. Had to step down 2 cement steps from bedroom door to access patio. The view was very nice. My husband and I are 69 and 70. I had back surgery recently and my husband has RA. The bed was so uncomfortable for us that we only stayed one night of our 3 night booking. And the closest elevator was out of order. Host did offer to show another unit oonn property but we had already left

This was a bad experience from the start when we got there the parking spot for this condo is against the wall and it's very little also in the instructions we were advised to use elevator for which is broke so we had to go up elevator three and walk all the way around and then found out that we should have took elevator 5 the condo was dirty it was hair everywhere in the sheets and in the shower and on the floors I do have pictures to prove it I reached out to The Host after had already cleaned up she offered to send someone to clean up I'm glad I took my own sheets.. there is no way possible that someone could have changed those sheets and left all of that hair.

What a wonderful getaway beautiful accommodations from the time I arrive until the time I left!! My unit is perfect for one or two adults. I was celebrating my 59 on Lake Travis and I will Definitely be booking this unit again in the future. Thank you again, Sabrina.

Needs A Bit of Work

Beautiful, but old, facility in need of heavy maintenance and a lot of TLC. Villa had light mold beginning to form on living room baseboards; Heavy mold spots along bottom shower tiles and shower door; Blinds, Curtains, & Fixtures in need of serious upgrades; Balcony traps unpleasant fumes from maintenance area directly below; two or the three hot tubs not working. But, hey, plenty of deer!

Great visit

No issues. Everything was great. The patio out back was awesome but could maybe use a little cleaning of a few cob webs but that was very minor compared to all the great things about our stay.

Our experience was absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean, smelt so good, the bed was comfortable and the patio view was breathtaking. The host was very communicative and friendly. I will be returning yearly.

December ‘23 visiting friends in Round Rock & lakeside Full Moon bathing

This is an interesting and well situated property. Beautiful location, adequate parking nice building amenities, lots of friendly deer🙂. The unit was comfortable and had most everything we needed during our 2 night stay. Views from the balcony are great. Host was pleasant and communicative Will stay again in spring or fall to explore and enjoy the outdoor spaces more Overall quite pleasant

Great stay by the Lake

Overall had a great stay! Jaya was very communicative and responsive before checkin and once during my stay when I had an issue accessing cable TV. Think they’d save some hassle and guest frustration if they provided more info in their guest folder by the TV. Only real negative to speak of that wasn’t mentioned in listing, was that this condo sits on top of some sort of lump that created a hum and vibration throughout the whole condo. It really only bothered me when I was sitting outside, but some might find it unsettling. It honestly might have helped me sleep as soundly as I did, yet that could have been the real comfy bed too.

We had 2 wonderful nights at the property. The balcony view is stunning, and the weather is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The unit is a hidden gem, easy to access and the manager's instructions were clear. The room itself is beautiful with a blue tone, open space, and a fully functional kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a door to the balcony and a comfortable bed. Our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The highlights were the balcony view and meeting friendly deers near the garage entrance. However, we would like to mention two minor issues: the bathroom needs more light and the sink handle is broken. Overall, we love this place and plan to return soon. Thank you for providing a cozy home-like experience.

Anniversary Get Away

It was absolutely perfect were early 40's and we absolutely loved it nice little bungalow style resort apartments with pristine views and a ton of wildlife the deer run all over this place and are use to human interactions they let you pet and feed them plenty of shopping and food near by also place was quiet and peaceful and everyone was super friendly my wife absolutely loved this place and still talks about it a year later might have to go back this year in anniversary is in 3 wks!

Mediterranean Getaway in Austin

This condo was very clean. The bed is so incredibly comfortable, best away from home bed we have ever slept on. The whole complex has a Mediterranean feel. We had a relaxing time and look forward to returning.

Spring Break Getaway with my girl

It was a very cozy little apartment. Very beautiful old property on its own island surrounded by Lake Travis. It was very peaceful and the apartment itself has a balcony with the most beautiful view of the lake. Overall was a very nice and cozy stay, the owner was very kind and responsive, and we would definitely go back to stay.

This stay was horrible to be honest I have the proof of she make me wait 8hr because she make a mistake of sending the wrong information she was supposed refund me a day she didn’t there is roaches in the apartment her answer at 12 am was yeah I will try to get u a villa but I am at a friends celebration I was outside waiting till 12 am worst don’t waste ur time and money

The view

Mornings and early evenings on this balcony are serene. The entire property is beautiful and when you walk the grounds it’s just so peaceful. I really loved this place and plan on coming back.
