“Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. “UMi was a fantastic couples getaway. Even with the beaches in Tulum being hit with heavy sargassum, their staff was consistently raking and removing it so there were no interruptions to our experience. The property was amazing, the Ocean Front Master Suite was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to make ordering drinks or food easy. “particolare pero’ non. sapevo che essendo un eco hotel non si potesse usare l’asciugacapelli. in piu’ un paio di volte e’ mancata corrente ed acqua. stanze molto umide… lenzuola e vestiti sempre bagnati colazione scarna… va aggiunto sempre qualcosa extra buona posizione sul mare mero’ qualche miglioria da fare c’e’”

“L’emplacement de cet hotel est parfait, sa proximite de la plage (il est sur la plage) et son decor raffine. Le personnel est tres attentionne. Les serviettes de plage et celles dams le chambres de meme que les draps pourraient etre changes. Ils ne donnent pas la meilleure impression de l’etablissement.
