“Staff was rude , and even worse since they didn’t refund my cash deposit when I checked out . I called after leaving & mind you I was in nj for work and I left to go home in Chicago . The guy tells me that I have to go back in person, only way to get my cash deposit back . They require a deposit but you have to remind them to give it back .. not cool , even worse they refused to refund me over the phone !”

“I specifically booked a room with two beds because I was traveling with my daughter and her friend. However, when I got to the hotel, they told me there were none available and that because I booked through a third-party, they didn’t know I needed it too bads.”

“The room was awful, there were stains on the walls and holes in the ceiling were I realized once held the drapes. So no privacy in the room. Also the lamps were frayed. I will give them props on the kitchen and bathroom being very clean. I was told it was the only room available so there was no option to change rooms. I have stayed in this property prior and had been quite pleased with my room. This time not at all!”

“Ottimamente dislocato, vicino la fermata dell'autobus per NYC, l'hotel è gradevole pur necessitando di manutenzione ordinaria per l'intero edificio. Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. Livello di pulizia medio. Colazione gratuita...

“Run down Room cleaner than expected”

“While the hotel itself as okay, we were extremely disappointed with the pool area. Traveling with two kids, a pool is a must. The pool room wash hot, the floor was slippery and dirty (I saw clumps of hair and a bug) and the towels were small and scratchy. The pool was so cold my kids weren’t in the water for more than 10 minutes before their teeth were chattering. They finally got out with blue lips. I really hope they invest in upgrading their facilities as there are many hotels in the area and...
