“Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Terrible smell in the rooms air-conditioning didn’t work.
